Job Title: Payroll Specialist

The Payroll Specialist is responsible for processing payroll information, reconciling Single Touch Payroll data, interpreting awards and enterprise agreements, preparing and lodging tax, work cover, and superannuation payments, managing internal queries, and assisting with monthly reporting.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll data on a regular basis
  • Reconcile Single Touch Payroll to ensure accuracy
  • Interpret and apply relevant awards and enterprise agreements
  • Prepare and lodge tax, work cover, and superannuation returns
  • Manage and respond to internal payroll-related queries
  • Assist with the production of monthly payroll reports
Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience or exposure to large payroll systems
