I'm delighted to be partnering with a global retailer, that has their eyes firmly on the customer A highly recognisable retail brand that has over the year expanded its remit globally, and is the number one leading brand within its field.

An opportunity currently exists for a Digital Analytics Specialist, to join a thriving Analytics team on a F/T, permanent basis. Reporting into the Senior Manager, you will work as a team to lead and develop the use of digital analytics data to build insights and support campaigns and strategies for the ANZ remit.

**The Role**:

- Develop and use digital data to build insights and develop strategies for ANZ that increase customer engagement
- Discover efficient ways to report and visualise data to drive content engagement and optimisations
- Monitor and track appropriate digital campaign activity and initiatives to improve engagement across key campaigns
- Using data and insights report back on commercially led insights, based on performance results from campaign optimisations and websites
- Lead the automation of local digital dashboards in Power BI or Looker Studio to enable self-serve reporting
- You will have full ownership of the ANZ digital analytics roadmap and outcomes
- Collaborate with the wider teams across digital, marketing and the agency to expand on key learnings and deliver consistent agreed global strategies.

**Key Requirements**:

- An analytical mindset and a pro-active problem solver
- Previous experience managing multiple end to end digital analytic projects
- A confident and persuasive presenter, able to influence and communicate commercial outcomes effectively across the business
- Strong analytical skill, with the capability of collecting, organising and dissecting large amounts of data
- Good knowledge of digital disciplines such as paid search, SEO, CRM, CRM UX tracking and tagging would also be desirable
- Retail / Agency experience desirable
