Drive business growth by developing and implementing data-driven digital analytics strategies.

About the Role:

\
  • Develop insights from digital data to inform ANZ's customer engagement strategies.
  • Discover efficient ways to report and visualise data for content optimisation and engagement.
  • Monitor digital campaign activity to improve customer engagement across key campaigns.
  • Use data insights to report on commercially led outcomes, based on campaign performance and website results.
  • Lead automation of local digital dashboards in Power BI or Looker Studio for self-serve reporting.
  • Own the ANZ digital analytics roadmap and deliver strategic outcomes.

Key Requirements:

  • Analytical mindset and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing multiple end-to-end digital analytic projects.
  • Confident and persuasive presentation skills to influence commercial outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills with capability to collect, organise, and dissect large datasets.
  • Desirable knowledge of digital disciplines such as paid search, SEO, CRM, UX tracking, and tagging.
