**Position Overview**: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head Barista to join our dynamic team at Boathouse Balmoral Beach. As the Head Barista, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers enjoy a memorable coffee experience that matches the beauty of our waterfront location. You will lead our coffee service team and maintain the high standards of quality that Boathouse Balmoral Beach is known for.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Craft and serve a wide range of coffee beverages to the highest standards.
- Lead and train a team of baristas to maintain consistency in coffee quality and service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the coffee station.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure stock levels are sufficient.
- Uphold excellent customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs.
- Stay updated on coffee trends, equipment, and techniques to continually improve our coffee offerings.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a barista, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
- Exceptional knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for quality.
- Knowledge of coffee equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
