The team operates as an end-to-end agent for the delivery and facilitation of the organisation's building construction and maintenance activities. The client is looking for a project support officer who can coordinate and administer capital projects.

**Your new role**

You will assist in managing key tasks, deliverables, and deadlines. Additionally, you will prepare and review high standard correspondence, briefing notes, and project management reports. You will investigate, analyse and evaluate information from diverse sources including project documents, contracts and legislative / regulatory requirements, and provide risk management advice to directors and project managers on project financial, budgetary, contractual, and procurement related issues.

Additional accountabilities:

- Assisting the Principal Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to determine attainable fees for services under your control and where necessary
- Effective communication and relationships with key project stakeholders, including project managers, program managers, client managers, clients and other internal business units.

**What you'll need to succeed**

You have the ability to provide high level administration to a range of key stakeholders. Furthermore, you have excellent written and oral communication skills. You have sound negotiation skills with a well-developed ability to write with precision and persuasion.
