**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Property Manager, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:

- Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties, ensuring seamless operations and optimal tenant satisfaction.
- Inspections and Maintenance: Conduct routine, ingoing, and outgoing inspections, coordinating repairs and maintenance tasks promptly and effectively.
- Arrears Management: Employ your expertise in managing arrears, ensuring proactive resolution and timely rent payments.
- VCAT Preparation and Attendance: Prepare meticulously and confidently represent our clients at the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT).

**Requirements**:
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:

- Valid License and Experience: Hold a valid property manager license or certificate of registration, along with a minimum of ONE year's experience in property management.
- Technologically Savvy: Familiarity with Property Tree & InspectRealEstate software will enable you to hit the ground running.
