WCIG's Transition to Work (TtW) service has multiple positions available in the manufacturing industry across Melbourne's northwest, ranging from clothing and food to automotive parts.

We are looking for people, **aged 17 to 24**, who are currently looking for work or recently finished school or other studies.

Experience is not required. But a willingness to learn, have a positive attitude and be committed are essentials.

**You must also have a permanent right to work in Australia*.**

These positions will give you the opportunity to work alongside experienced people, who are also passionate about working within manufacturing, and learn a range of skills that will hold you in good stead throughout your career.

TtWs Youth Coaches will work with you to prepare you for the new position and offer post-employment support if required, such as assistance with transport to and from work or getting your driver's licence.
