We are seeking a self-driven recent graduate to join the team as a Procurement Graduate.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Stock control - including replenishment in accordance with company policies and inventory levels; and ensuring goods are invoiced at the correct buying price
- Provision of exceptional customer service, including order processing and regular communication to customers and management with required updates
- Liaise with overseas suppliers to monitor and expedite the delivery of goods and services
- Driving efficiency and optimisation strategies/projects within the suppliers
- Negotiating with current and new suppliers based on both terms and cost
- Communicating changes to the business in an effective manner
- Assisting with additional tasks and Management requests as required

You will be provided with continuous training, mentoring and support. This will enable you to gain a solid grounding in all aspects of the procurement function, and allow you the chance to accelerate your career progression with the potential opportunity to move into a supervisory position down the line.

**A bit about you**
- You are a university graduate - we may also consider 'soon to be' graduates with a degree in Business majoring in **Logistics and Supply Chain Management**.
- Excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude are a must, so your ability to build strong relationships and establish rapport is second to none.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- The ability to analyse data and make decisions
- A desire to seek opportunities and drive sales
- An interest in the Company's products
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- The ability to work both autonomously and within a team
- You are an **Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident.**
