Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our Procurement team. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for career development and progression.

The Role:

As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, ensuring efficient operational outcomes, and providing basic analytical support to the Procurement team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with suppliers to manage delivery times, product quality, and business requirements;
  • Data entry and maintenance of catalogued items in our ordering system;
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for internal customers for operational issues;
  • Liaising with the finance team on customer billing and invoicing enquiries;
  • Providing support to the Procurement team on procurement-related tasks;
  • Liaising with freight forwarders for the transportation of goods.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and relationship management skills, exceptional written and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
