Role and Responsibilities Provide individualised care and support to residents living with dementia, including assistance with emotional supportEngage residents with meaningful activities that are aligned with their background and interests, and which generate comfort, familiarity and positive emotionCreate a safe and supportive environment for residents, promoting independence, dignity and optimal wellbeingFoster a calm and reassuring environment, responding empathetically to residents' emotional needsProvide back up to care staff assisting residents with activities of daily living if called upon to do so by site management About the role 13 sites across Adelaide Metro and Yorke PeninsulaPermanent part time & casual opportunitiesWe look for people who can promote and model the behaviours that underpin Eldercare's values of respect, accountability and connection.
