**Other key responsibilities include**:

- Developing, managing and reporting against agreed specialised activities in the Capability Uplift Plan.
- Facilitating effective communication and fostering relationships through lessons learned, feedback mechanisms and management of expectations.
- Leading the review and development of frameworks, guidelines and templates specifically in the areas of governance and risk management.
- Writing governance correspondence and briefs.
- Preparing presentations, workshops and feedback sessions.

Are you right for this role?This role requires significant experience in the provision of support to large scale, complex IM/ICT programs and projects, specifically in the themes of governance and risk management.
Knowledge
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- Advanced stakeholder management experience
- Experience in a similar role providing services to a large and complex delivery portfolio.
- Experience working within either the Government or Health sectors.
- Knowledge of program and project management governance structures and roles.
- Knowledge of sound risk management processes and practices.
- Qualifications and professional certifications in one or more of the following fields will be highly desirable:

- P3 management, e.g. Prince2, Managing Successful Programmes (MSP), Portfolio/Programme/Project Office (P3O)
