Our clean, well-organized site is conveniently located just off Woolcock St.The OpportunityWe're on the hunt for an experienced Collision Workshop/Production Manager to lead our workshop team and help drive our business forward.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with management experience or for a workshop professional (Panel or Paint Team Lead etc) looking to take the next step in their career.As the Production Manager, you'll be supporting the Centre Manager while managing and guiding a team of panel beaters, spray painters, and other production staff.
You'll have the chance to develop your leadership skills while overseeing workshop operations to ensure efficiency and quality.Interested?

Role Responsibilities: Ensure a safe working environment for all staff at the workshopOversee vehicle processing upon arrival and manage the flow of repairsManage the repair process to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality repairsMeet productivity targets and customer expectations for the siteSupport the management of the site to drive profitability and customer satisfaction Does this sound like you?
