Job Description
Provide administrative support to the Financial Accounting team
Review and verify financial transactions
Liaise with providers and internal stakeholders for accommodation, catering, and other bookings processes
Support the broader team with ad hoc administrative tasks
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Admin Officer should have :
Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative or finance support role within Victorian Government
High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Exposure to financial accounting and systems (SAP preferred)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
