This role reports to the Applications Lead, within the Digital and ICT team. At Activ we strive to create an empowered and aligned workplace - our digital platforms are an important part of this ambition.

**To be successful in this role ideally you will have: -**
- Stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills coupled with proven ability to work collaboratively with a broad range of diverse internal/external stakeholders
- Strong requirements elicitation skills, writing and analysing business requirements/ user stories
- Creating system analysis best practice artefacts and documentation
- Written and verbal communication skills and the ability to consult and negotiate with a diverse range of stakeholders on complex requirements and transfer knowledge to team members and clients.
- Analyis and problem-solving in corporate systems, particularly HRIS, Payroll and related workforce systems
- Exposure with developing fit for purpose testing frameworks
- A minimum of 12 months contributing to the resolution and documentation of major incidents
- The provision of second level support to end users for system related queries and incidents within agreed service levels
