**About You**
- Your time in customer experience has taught you attention to detail is everything. Whether a customer comments on the strength of their latte to whether they prefer still or sparkling water. **About the Role**

This is the first role of its kind at CDK Stone in our flagship Alexandria showroom. You will add incredible value through:

- Ensuring excellent customer experience by greeting high-end clients, such as architects, interior designers, and home renovators that visit CDK's brand new, custom designed showroom.
- Assisting our Sales Representatives, and being available to take customers through the showroom when required.
- Keeping track of appointments for the day and week ahead.
- Answering incoming phone calls from customers and directing their enquiries to the appropriate department.
- Ordering showroom and warehouse stationery supplies, reconciling sales and credit card receipts, completing bank deposits and completing data entry.
- Hosting clients whilst they are onsite by making them coffee with our dedicated machine, which you will be trained on, so barista experience isn't necessary

**Selection Criteria**

To be successful here, we would love you to bring:

- Experience in concierge, reception, customer service or guest services
