Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team.

About You

You have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Your pleasant phone manner, solid PC skills, and ability to juggle multiple tasks make you an ideal candidate for this role.

Experience in design or working in a tiles showroom is highly regarded. Your keen attention to detail ensures everything is done efficiently and accurately, and you're always willing to learn, including mastering product knowledge and color palettes.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist showroom visitors with a great experience

- Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service

- Support the sales team with various tasks

- Organise and manage product samples for customers

- Maintain and update the customer database

- Handle general office administration tasks

- Ensure the showroom is always clean and well-presented

- Assist with banking and invoicing tasks
