About The Role
We are seeking a
Technical Project Coordinator
to support the delivery of large-scale technology programs within a complex enterprise environment. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams—including Operations, Engineering, Release, and external suppliers—to ensure technical projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

6-Month Contract
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation.
Coordinate deliverables across technical teams and stakeholders.
Track project progress, identify risks/issues, and escalate where required.
Maintain project documentation including reports, change requests, and meeting notes.
Schedule and facilitate project ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
Manage action items and ensure timely resolution.
Support the implementation of project management tools and processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and align with business objectives.
Coordinate testing and deployment schedules with commissioning teams.
Assist with budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation as required.
Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
5+ years' experience in technical project coordination or support roles.
Knowledge of technical project lifecycles (Planning, Design, Implementation, Transition, Operate & Maintain).
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, SharePoint, MS Project).
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
Basic technical knowledge (Networking, OSI layers, network operations).
Experience in Defence or Telecommunications projects is highly regarded.
