Key Leadership Role
This pivotal leadership position demands a high level of expertise in program management.
The successful candidate will possess experience leading large-scale, complex programs and teams, with a proven track record of delivering results in challenging environments.
The role involves developing comprehensive program plans, managing project resources, and coordinating activities to oversee and implement the Program from initiation to final transition into operational, business-as-usual management.
The ideal candidate must have excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including building long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and facilitating their engagement in support of service delivery and change projects.
Develop integrated Program delivery strategies.
Maintain and monitor the Program delivery plans and baseline.
Establish effective governance arrangements for projects and initiatives.
Drive overall performance of the Program and projects.
Promote continuous improvement and education among key stakeholders.
Effective candidates will have at least 15 years' experience in leading diverse teams in mission-critical delivery environments, managing vendors, and delivering programs in leadership roles.
