About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Banking Manager to join our team and play a key role in growing our Indigenous Banking proposition. This exciting opportunity will see you support our existing Indigenous customers with a full suite of banking solutions, as well as acquiring and attracting new customer and community connections.

The successful candidate will provide hands-on, tailored support that helps Indigenous Businesses access financial solutions. This will involve building strong relationships through listening and understanding to clients' needs and partnering with community organisations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing tailored support to Indigenous Businesses to help them access financial solutions
  • Building strong relationships with clients and community organisations
  • Creatings new relationships and managing these remotely and in person

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated connection and passion to support the Indigenous Community
  • Excellent customer focus with genuine curiosity for understanding motivations and walking alongside Indigenous business to deliver solutions to support their business
  • Experience in developing new and existing authentic relationships
  • Ability to work autonomously, work with a team with proven analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills
