About the role Reporting to the Shift Manager - Supply Chain within the Retail Ready Operations Australia function, you'll have an incredible opportunity to oversee and control all the moving parts that keep our supply chain running smoothly.
From training and safety to product efficiency and people management, you'll be making sure everything is working like a well-oiled machine.
And if you're up for the challenge, you'll have the opportunity to lead the charge in finding new and better ways to keep our operations at the top of their game.
About you and your skills Experience in Despatch/Receiving goods and FMCG/Short Shelf-life production environmentDemonstrated ability to troubleshoot and identify faults in a fast-paced environmentLow and high reach forklift licenceAble to work in chiller warehouse environmentGreat communication skills that foster positive collaboration and inclusivenessKnowledge and implementation of Lean Manufacturing/CI principlesTertiary qualification (or equivalent experience) in Warehousing and Logistics/Supply Chain Take your next step into something bigger, apply now With us it's not about the discounts (although you do get those), it's about joining a team where your wellbeing and professional development is our investment and celebrating your contributions is the norm.
