**Nudie Jeans Co is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join the growing team down under at our fast paced warehouse located in Zetland, Sydney.**

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day business of the Nudie Jeans Co Warehouse by supporting the Warehouse Manager wherever needed/required.

**Preferred Requirements**:

- Ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of computer literacy.
- Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Proactive attitude with a hands-on approach to tasks.
- Physically fit and able to meet the demands of the role.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Receive, unpack, identify, dispatch, and perform quality control on all inbound and outbound goods.
- Address and resolve issues affecting the smooth flow of goods, both inbound and outbound.
- Prepare shipping documentation and related paperwork.
- Support the Warehouse Manager in logistics processes for inbound and outbound goods.
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas, identifying and addressing any issues.
- Ensure customer orders are processed promptly and accurately.
- Maintain complete accuracy in all shipment and inventory transactions across platforms, and assist with the rollout of new systems as needed.
- Assist the Warehouse Manager in managing off-site shipments.
- Determine staffing levels and assign daily workloads and tasks.
- Ensure Warehouse Assistants and Casual staff are working efficiently.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate activities.
- Proactively inform relevant parties about potential issues, such as unrecorded deliveries.
- Perform any additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

Availability to begin training as soon as possible is favorable.
