**About the Role**:
LD Total currently has a full-time position available for experienced IT All Rounder (IT Support Officer / System Administration / Help Desk). You will provide front line IT assistance and user support to staff at various LD Total offices. If you are committed, have problem solving abilities, looking for an IT job with a wide range of variety, able to work closely with the IT Manager and want to be challenged, then this may be the job you are looking for.

**Key requirements and experience will include**:

- Administration of company servers across multiple sites (Windows Server, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Hyper-V, Group Policy, etc)
- Client VPN and site-to-site VPN
- Cisco Meraki routers, Routing and Switching
- Office 365 Administration including Licensing, Exchange and Sharepoint.
- Basic knowledge of ESXi and Ubuntu (for the LTS server, Owncloud server and reverse proxy)
- Server Backup - StorageCraft ShadowProtect.
- Troubleshooting (including 260 computers, 90 tablets)
- Client VPN and site-to-site VPN
- Knowledge of fixing/replacing computer hardware (preferred).
- Fix general problems of printers, security camera system, etc

**Preferred**:

- Knowledge of fixing/replacing computer hardware (preferred).
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication ability (spoken and written) with a focus on customer service
- Travel to site offices across Perth to provide IT support as required.
- Current Australian driver's license
- Police Clearance
