Job Opportunity
The Workday Integrations Manager, Consulting Services is a key practice leader who provides expert guidance and advice to the consulting management team and their subsequent members.
Oversight responsibility for projects across the practice.
Assist Engagement Managers and team members in identifying project needs and reducing risk.
Main Responsibilities
Project Oversight:
Oversight responsibility for projects across the practice.
Oversee and assist Engagement Managers and team members when needed to identify project needs and reduce risk.
Sales Support:
Support the RFP response process for consulting work.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, develop and manage a diverse remote team of consultants supporting Workday applications.
Promote a team-oriented work environment.
Methodology:
Drive team and individuals to achieve high customer satisfaction levels.
Establish immediate credibility with clients and within the company; build consensus and achieve goals through influence.
Build trust-based relationships and identify business development opportunities.
People Development:
Mentor and coach team members.
Analyze team skills and provide cross training to maintain teams' ability to staff projects.
Advise management on team members' level of expertise and availability.
Performance Management:
Establish direct reports' goals and objectives during reviews.
Celebrate individual and team performance successes.
Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action plans.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience leading a virtual team (3+ years).
Workday implementation experience (3-7 years).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Fast learner, detail oriented, decisive and adaptable.
Excellent sales engagement experience estimating and presenting to prospects.
