Job Overview

As a Trainee Hospitality Attendant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our hospitality team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Completing a Certificate III in Hospitality, with a focus on catering and cookery skills
  • Supporting operational needs across various catering environments
  • Assisting in kitchen and dining room service areas

Requirements:

  • Able to work 12-hour shifts and adapt to day or night shifts as required
  • Ability to endure remote environments in extreme heat or weather conditions
  • Capacity to multitask and assist in other areas with a positive teamwork approach
  • Ability to understand safety protocols and undergo pre-employment medicals, including drug & alcohol testing
  • Australian working rights and up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations are essential
