VT1 Martial Arts is looking for a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to bring their energy, drive, and creativity to our team. Based at our Chatswood location you will be working in a team environment to improve the content creation, communications as well as grow our social media presence and performance. This exciting role is responsible for assisting in the development of VT1 Martial Arts in the local North Shore Community.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working closely with the management team to create a social media strategy and content on all platforms
- Implement marketing strategies, campaigns and initiates with and maintaining a marketing calendar
- Liaise with enquiries and interaction on social media and other platforms
- Liaise with our marketing partners to monitor and measure Google Ads, Analytics and SEO
- Provide analysis and reporting on growth, KPIs, engagement etc
- Follow brand guidelines and templates to create content for VT1 Martial Arts.
- Liaise with internal teams, media partners and local community partners.
- Maintain and create internal promotions within our VT1 Community.

To be considered:

- Minimum 2 years experience with Social Media strategy and content creation
- An understanding of social media platforms and how to interpret the metrics which sit behind these platforms
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and individually
- Time management is key withworking on numerous projects at once
- A passion & interest for the martial arts industry would help you excel and grow in this role

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year
