**Key duties and responsibilities**:

- Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers and clients
- Respond in a timely manner to sales and agencies enquiries or requests regarding advertising material for campaign bookings, including for revisions
- Ensure all creatives are delivered within the timeframe required to meet published deadlines
- Identify any creatives where due to invalid dates, incorrect duration, or any other reason, the creative could not air as per instructions and advise Sales and/or client or their agent asap to provide maximum opportunity for a solution Respond to and resolve any technical problems with commercial delivery

You will be a solid team player, who shows commitment to the team's purpose and effectively contributes and shares skills/knowledge with others. You'll have an ability to absorb information and act accordingly.

You will be proactive in discussing solutions and raising ideas for improvement in a positive and professional way, allowing you to build strong relationships.
