We have an opportunity in our Industrial and Energy team for an **Electrical Supervisor** for a number of outages in the Newcastle Area. You will provide day to day leadership to work crews and subcontractors.

Reporting to the Electrical Manager, you will ensure consistency of work, deliver on project outcomes (time, cost, quality, safety), identify opportunities for improvements and align with both the client and Downers way of working.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Solid experience in Electrical with sound knowledge of brownfield maintenance and services projects;
- Have a minimum of 4 years recent experience in Supervisor role;
- Hold Current WA Electrical Workers Licence,
- Possession of a current LVR / CPR
- Knowledge and experience in the handling of electronic drawings/documents/data, with subcontractors, vendors, inter-discipline and company engineers and supervisors;
- Have the ability to understand and manage productivity outcomes and identify areas for improvement;
- Manage variation process with client;
- Develop and grow working relationships with clients;
- Commitment to and drive the Zero Harm culture of the work force; and
- Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite.
