The company is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to manage the day-to-day electrical maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

  • Oversee the electricians and ensure they follow all relevant guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical faults and issues efficiently.
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance tasks and maintain rosters and workforce levels to meet operational needs.
  • Lead, mentor and support the electrical team to achieve high performance and productivity.
  • Communicate effectively with management and staff across all levels.

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of electrical systems, safety procedures and compliance standards. You should also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as experience in a supervisory or leadership position.

Requirements
  • Qualified Electrician with current Electrical License.
