Electrical Supervisor Job Description
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Electrical Supervisor to oversee day-to-day electrical maintenance activities across our site. The successful applicant will report directly to the Site Manager.
Main Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical faults and issues efficiently.
- Coordinate and schedule preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
- Maintain rosters and workforce levels to meet operational needs effectively.
- Lead, mentor, and support the electrical team to achieve high performance and promote a culture of safety and accountability.
- Communicate effectively with management and staff at all levels.
- Identify plant failures and material shortages, analyzing data to inform maintenance and repair strategies.
- Qualified Electrician with current Electrical License (Essential).
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, safety procedures, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills are necessary for success.
