Support our client in Cowes using your previous experience and understanding of manual handling and personal care

We have 10 ongoing hours with our client with the option to pick up additional shifts.

The Role.

We are seeking a Disability Support Worker who is confident in assisting our client with manual handling using a Sling hoist and wheelchair, Personal care including catheter care, Assisting with daily living, and Community Access

About You.

12+ Months Experience as a Disability Support Worker with the following skills.

Cert IV in disability (preferred)

Personal Care Supports

Catheter Care

Manual handling

You will definitely have enthusiasm, positivity, attention to detail, and great communication skills

You will need to have (or be prepared to get)

NDIS Worker Screening Check/WWC/Police check

Be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (3 Doses)

Current Australian driver's license and a reliable, insured vehicle with current registration

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $38.00 - $42.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Shift work

- Cowes, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)

- Australia (required)
