A Role That Takes You OutdoorsAs a First Aid Responder with RFDS Victoria, your workplace is wherever the community gathers.

You'll be part of a supportive team that champions safety, professionalism, and the power of community.We offer a Level 3 casual rate of $30.64 per hour, plus casual loading, penalty rates, and superannuation—with flexible shifts that fit your lifestyle.
You'll be part of a supportive team that values professionalism, safety, and community spirit.Key Responsibilities:- Deliver first aid confidently and professionally- Communicate effectively with patients, event staff, and emergency services- Escalate care appropriately when patients are out of scope- Maintain equipment and adhere to safety protocols- Participate in ongoing training and competency updatesRequired Qualifications:Responder Level 3- Certificate IV in Health Care (HLT41120)- Diploma of Emergency Health Care (HLT51020)- Diploma of Nursing (HLT54121) or equivalentAdditional Essential Eligibility Criteria:- Full Victorian Driver's License- Available to commence on 14th October 2025- Available to attend a 2-day induction in Essendon.
- Evidence of mandatory vaccinations: - Proof of X Hep B vaccines and positive serology - Proof of Measles, Mumps and Rubella vaccines - Proof of 2 Varicella vaccines or positive serology - Proof of 2025 Influenza vaccine - Proof of a DTP vaccine in the past X years- National Police Check & Employee Working with Children Check- Legal right to work in AustraliaDiversity & InclusionRFDS Victoria is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
