Joining our **Gold Coast** team as an Allied Health Assistant you will assist our Multidisciplinary team (MDT) in supporting our participants across a wide variety of clinical disciplines. You will also be supporting the growth of our Helensvale site as well as Robina, with a laid back team that have regular social events.

**Day-to-day you will**:

- **Support** our clinicians in conducting meaningful assessments to inform our participants therapy plans.
- ** Build**enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.
- ** Prepare** our clinic rooms, resources and equipment for our participant sessions.

**About You**:
We're after qualified Allied Health Assistants who get restless when they see room for improvement and aren't afraid to speak up about it. Who have a fire in their belly about participant care and treat participant goals like personal missions, not just checkboxes on a form.

- Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance
- A valid driver's license and personal vehicle
- An NDIS check, a Working with Children Check, and a Police Check (or willing to obtain)
