As we continue to expand our menu and locations, we seek a Shift Supervisor who is enthusiastic and able to manage a shift, make optimal store operations decisions, coach a dedicated team, and develop leadership skills.
Shift Supervisors are experts in ensuring high-quality service and fostering relationships with customers and teams alike.
You have a genuine passion for creating memorable moments of connection with customers.
Bring high energy, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude to every shift.
Be adaptable and a strong team leader in a QSR environment.
Successfully manage and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knows how to manage time efficiently.
Ideal Skills and Experience-
Strong leadership experience in the retail or QSR restaurant industry.
Completed Hospitality Qualifications (Preferred).
Completed Food Safety Handling Certification (Preferred).
Working to a high level of energy and efficiency.
Be a favourable team player.
Willingness to follow directions and procedures to align with values.
