Job Title: Business Data Insights Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to support business decisions by analyzing and interpreting complex datasets.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategy.
Develop and maintain data governance policies, ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and integrity across systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data solutions.
Design and implement MDM solutions to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and integrity across systems.
Perform data cleansing, transformation, and validation activities to ensure data quality.
Document data processes, workflows, and business rules to ensure transparency and accountability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 6 years of experience in data analysis and data management.
Strong hands-on experience with Master Data Management (MDM) tools and frameworks.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
Experience with ETL processes and data integration techniques.
Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and metadata management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
