Senior Development Manager - step up from a DM in communitiesA well-established private development company is seeking a driven and capable individual to join the team as a Senior Development Manager.

With the support of key industry mentors and an Assistant Development Manager reporting to you, this role offers both challenge and growth.What You'll Be DoingLead the delivery of a significant masterplanned community project from inceptionManage project programming, budgeting, and cost controlOversee consultants, design briefs, and ensure quality outcomesCollaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders including authorities and contractorsGuide and mentor junior team members, fostering a high-performance cultureWork closely with sales and marketing to shape the product and customer journeyWhat They're Looking ForProven experience as a Development Manager in residential land developmentReady to step into a senior leadership role and take ownership of a major projectStrong commercial acumen and project delivery skillsA proactive, energetic approach suited to a private development environmentLeadership capability and a desire to mentor and grow a teamWhy Apply?
