We require a motivated individual to join our team. Someone who displays a professional and welcoming manner who is capable at working in a fast paced, busy clinic.

Responsibilities Include:
Assisting Orthoptists/ Ophthalmologists with duties/ surgical bookings. Experience in an Ophthalmology Practice preferred, and training provided.

Registering patients on arrival, billing and rescheduling of appointments
Handling phone enquiries and basic triaging of emergencies
Medical typing
Administrative duties
General up-keeping and maintenance of the practice

Knowledge of medical billing and rebates will be highly regarded

Ophthalmic Assisting skills desirable: Orthoptic Workup (Screening patients and testing patients on various equipment.)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $29.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
