**About the Role**
We have an exciting opportunity for **a Manager Governance** to be part of the Commercial Division of the NSW Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC). LAHC is a Public Trading Enterprise within the Department of Planning and Environment, responsible for the social housing portfolio, with an asset base valued at over $50 billion.
The Manager Governance is responsible for providing high quality secretariat services and advice on LAHC's investment, divestment and other governance frameworks to support the achievement of LAHC's business objectives. This includes providing secretariat support for associated Committees, supporting related operational areas, and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of LAHC's governance frameworks through ongoing process improvement.

**About You**
You have previous experience in a leadership role within a Governance team, in particular with providing high quality secretariat services at senior executive level, and the ongoing development and improvement of policies, procedures and processes. Your ability to interpret, implement and improve policies appropriately within an operational working environment will be key to your success in this role.
Your relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills are exceptional, and you enjoy training, educating and providing expert advice to colleagues, leaders and external stakeholders.
