**About Us**
We are a long time Gold Coast family business that are looking for a new administrative assistant for approximately 24 hours per week Monday through to Wednesday. We have a central baking and administration facility that services our network of retail stores across the Gold Coast.
We pride ourselves on giving a positive and pleasant customer experience in all facets of the business and we have a great team that support these ideals. Along with administration experience we are really looking for someone who is a people person who can communicate with our customers and fellow workmates.
**Qualifications & Experience**
Office administration experience.
Proficient computer skills.
Some knowledge of Xero accounting software is a positive.
Able to multitask.
Good communication skills
**Tasks and Responsibilities**
**Customer service**
**Answering phones**
Liaising with our chain of retail stores
Processing orders
Entering invoices
Serving at our factory outlet store.
Taking special occassion cake orders from customers.

**Salary**: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

- Day shift
