**_Position Summary_**

This roles would primarily suit a Uni student with a passion and interest in Sports Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Allied Health or Business Management.

Primary objectives:

- To manage all admin and front desk areas of the business
- Meeting and greeting of patients and stakeholders
- Managing and coordinating of clinical appointment diary across our 2 practices

You will be required to assist the Practice Manager in all administration and reception tasks. You will liaise with all key stakeholders at My Vitality Physio including team members, patients & referrers.

You will complete all office and administration procedures as guided by the Practice Manager, including customer service, clinical support, book keeping, accounts receivable and managing practice operation software for coordination of clients and team.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Paradise Point, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Expected Start Date: 02/06/2021
