The Role
As our Junior Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, playing a crucial role in supporting the delivery of a seamless and positive experience.
This role will require you to contribute approximately 25 hrs per fortnight (working Wednesdays on alternating weeks), where your responsibilities will include:
Delivering a warm and welcoming experience to all patients, ensuring every visit is positive and memorable.
Scheduling appointments and managing bookings.
Ensuring the reception and waiting area is clean and tidy.
Supporting our clinicians during consultations and procedures to enhance patient care and clinic efficiency.
Handling patient records, billing, payments, and other essential administrative tasks.
What We're Looking For
Full Australian Working Rights with no restrictions.
Experience in an allied healthcare or medical setting is highly regarded but not essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (experience with booking systems highly regarded)
A proactive and positive attitude, with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
