**We are seeking an experienced and motivated OSHC/OOSH professional to take on the role of Coordinator at a brand-new service in South Penrith**
**Worimi - Hello (Darug)**
This service is located on land with the Traditional Owners being the Dharug people.
**The coordinator will be responsible for**:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the OSHC service
- Ensuring all relevant laws and regulations are observed
- Leading and mentoring a team of educators - by providing guidance in all areas of the National Quality Framework
- Developing a positive team culture
- Developing opportunities for the team of educators to adapt a growth mindset
- Encouraging reflective practice
- Encouraging quality improvement
- Ensuring the service is adhering to the National Quality Framework and the guiding principles
- Developing an educational program that adheres with the educational framework, My, Time, Our Place (MYTOP)
- Maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders
**About the service**:

- Set up pack-down service - excellent opportunity to be creative and have a diverse range of play environments
- This service does not operate in vacation care. However, you will be working at a nearby school in the holidays.

- Licenced for 60 children

- **Required**:Leadership experience in OSHC or ECE setting
- **Minimum**: Certificate III in Education and Care
- **Must be available Monday to Friday -** 38 hours per week | Mix of block and split shifts
- You have a natural drive to upskill team
- You have genuine interest in working with children and mentoring educators
- You have a positive attitude and you're ready to the next step in your career
- Excellent written and communication skills
- **Current 'CHCPRT001'** - Identify and respond to children and young people at risk' training (or willingness to obtain
- 1 day training).
- **Current 'HLTAID012'** - Provide an emergency first aid response in an education and care setting' Certificate (or willingness to obtain
- 1 day training).
- **Valid and current NSW Paid Working with Children Check.**:
- **Child Safety -** We are looking for someone who understands, adheres, and promotes The National Principles for Child Safe Organisations.
- **COVID-19 Vaccination**: Double Vaccination and can provide proof of vaccination status
