The Role
An exciting opportunity available in our national Customer Contact Centre in Norwood. Are you looking for a fulfilling role where you can assist Australians to achieve their goals?
Mainly handling inbound telephone calls with a strong focus on creating exceptional customer experiences, this role supports a diverse range of customers across Australia who require support with their journey back to meaningful employment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the skill to multi-task across various systems and screens whilst maintaining telephone contact
- Experience in understanding and working to complex administrative procedures and contractual guidelines
- Engage effectively with diverse customers who require support with sensitive and emotional matters
- Ability to clearly, accurately and concisely relay this information to a diverse range of customers
- Demonstrate excellent administration skills, computer literacy and high attention to detail
- Demonstrate strong written communication skills
- Experience in a call centre, telemarketing, or Employment Services (desirable)

**Skills and Experiences**:
About You
- Experience in Employment Services is highly regarded
- Ideally experience as an all rounder in Employment Services
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to set and consistently meet deadlines
- High level of customer service coupled with excellent all-round communication skills
- Planning, organisational and time management skills
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to the needs of a changing environment
- Self-motivated and particularly 'hands on'.
- A team player
