**SIL Support workers - Kew**
- Cosy Home Care is an NDIS provider that is committed to delivering high quality care to people in their homes with support services tailored to their individual needs._

**Job Requirements**:

- Australian citizen or has Right to Work in Australia (_must_)
- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support or above (_must_)
- Cert IV in Mental Health (_preferred_)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (_must_)
- First Aid Certificate HLTAID011 or HLTAID012 (_must_)
- CPR Certificate HLTAID009 (_must_)
- P2 or Full Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle (_preferred_)
- Comprehensive car insurance (_preferred_)

**Experience**:

- Minimum 1 year experience as a Disability Support Worker
- Experience working in SIL house (_must_)
- Experience assisting complex clients with behavioural issues

**Other certifications**:

- Manual Handling Certificate (_or willing to obtain_)
- Medication Certificate (highly desirable)
- Basic Food Handling Certificate (_or willing to obtain_)
- Experience with Infection Control & Waste Management

**Schedule**:Ongoing shift, 24/7 roster, 6-8 hours shift, Morning, Afternoon, Evening, Sleepover

**COVID-19**: COVID-19 vaccination

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.33 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

COVID-19 Vaccination with booster shot

Licence/Certification:

- NDIS worker screening ID (required)
