As a Cloud Administrator, you will:

- Review, install, and test system software updates and patches
- Troubleshoot and resolve service problems and incidents
- Maintain and document operational procedures and best practices
- Provide technical expertise and advice on the use of cloud services and technologies

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated experience in performance monitoring and issue resolution, including monitoring existing cloud-based systems, identifying and resolving operational problems, and logging and reporting issues and incidents
- Skills and experience in commercial cloud platforms and concepts, such as AWS, Azure, Office 365, and Exchange
- Good knowledge of Linux and cloud-based systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A relevant qualification or certification in cloud computing or a related field

To be successful in this role, you should already have or be able to obtain a Government issued security clearance at the NV1 level.
