Job Opportunity: Marketing Cloud Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Cloud Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Salesforce Marketing Cloud instance, ensuring seamless data management and cleansing processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the Salesforce Marketing Cloud instance, focusing on data integrity and efficiency.
  • Maintain and document marketing cloud configurations and operational procedures.
  • Ensure smooth integration between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Sales/Service cloud.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing automation workflows and journeys.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration and implementation, with certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • In-depth understanding of CRM systems and processes, specifically Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, and HTML/CSS.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide strategic recommendations to enhance campaign performance.
