About the Role
This position offers an exceptional opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women and children.
We are seeking a qualified legal practitioner to lead our legal services team, providing culturally safe and client-focused support across metropolitan or regional Victoria.
Leading, mentoring, and supervising lawyers and support staff
Fostering a culturally safe service culture
Managing a caseload of complex matters
Ensuring compliance with legal requirements
Your Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A Victorian Practising Certificate (or eligible to hold)
A minimum of four years' experience in family law, family violence law, child protection, or victims of crime assistance
Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
Strong ability to mentor, supervise, and develop lawyers and support staff
