**Function & Event Attendant**

Responsible for events/functions: A heavily operational hands on role ensuring that clients' vision for their function is executed with style, confidence & understanding.

You will
- 1. receive a detailed function briefing from the Functions Manager who has had detailed planning sessions with the client,

2. develop a personal rapport with clients that will encourage trust and faith that their event will run smoothly, as planned, and

3. evaluate the function with client input and discussed with the Function Manager, developing an improvement action plan for future functions with other clients.

This is a varied event role to include weddings, conferences & parties. It is a part time role working across days, evenings and weekends depending on business needs.

**Required Skills and Specifications**
- Experience within a similar role preferred
- RSA certification
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive outlook and infectious personality
- Strong leadership and role model for team with excellent public relation skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work and meet deadlines
- Good ability to work well under pressure
