Job Title: Leisure Attendant

We are seeking energetic and customer-focused individuals to fill this role. As a Leisure Attendant, you will be responsible for promoting a healthy lifestyle for our community.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service to patrons
  • Maintain a safe environment for community members to enjoy
  • Assist with aquatic programs and events
  • Ensure a clean and organized workspace
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basis knowledge of first aid (Certificate III in First Aid or equivalent)
  • Current RLSSA Pool Lifeguard Award or ability to complete Pool Lifeguard Licensing requirements within 21 days of commencing duties
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays
