About The Client
The client is a well-established Western Australian home builder with over 15 years of experience, recognised for award-winning custom designs and a strong commitment to personalised service and quality craftsmanship throughout the South West region.
About The Role
This is a full-time Estimator position based in Bunbury, responsible for both sales and production estimating for new residential builds. You will play a key role in costing, tendering, and stakeholder engagement while using industry-standard tools and systems. This position offers exposure to a broad range of projects and a chance to be part of a collaborative and experienced team.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities and cost breakdowns from construction plansSupport tender preparation and submissions for new build projectsLiaise with suppliers to obtain pricing and negotiate best-value outcomesCollaborate with Sales and Construction teams to manage cost variationsUse Click Homes to monitor construction progress and update tasksProvide estimating support for display home builds as requiredMaintain supplier relationships and assist with minor negotiationsPromote and adhere to safe work practices and procedures
Skills And Experience Required
Minimum 12 months experience in residential estimatingPrior exposure to residential construction in Western AustraliaProficiency in Blue Beam, Excel, Word, Costing Manager, Data Build & AdobeStrong communication and problem-solving skillsOpen to candidates with a scheduling background
