Experienced Residential Estimator Wanted

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Estimator to deliver accurate estimating services in Western Australia.
About the Role:
- Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities and cost breakdowns from construction plans.
- Support tender preparation and submissions for new build projects.
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain pricing and negotiate optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with Sales and Construction teams to manage cost variations effectively.
- Utilize industry-standard tools and systems to ensure efficient estimating processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Provide estimating support for display home builds as required.
- Contribute to a collaborative and experienced team environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months experience in residential estimating.
- Prior exposure to residential construction in Western Australia.
- Proficiency in Blue Beam, Excel, Word, Costing Manager, Data Build & Adobe.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
